OfficersConstituent Lodges, sometimes referred to as "blue lodges" and Our Grand Lodge administer and manage day to day activities through elected officers who convene at a designated time and place. We adhere to parlimentary procedure to conduct an orderly meeting, we have by laws that guide our actions, and we have annual elections to elect and appoint representation. This is yet another path towards growth; running a lodge, conducting meetings in an orderly fashion, setting and adhering to an annual budget all takes hard work and dedication, but the opportunity and reward can be enlightening. We use words such as "Master" and "Wardens" to designate the equilvalent of "President" and "Vice Presidents", we have secretaries record the proceedings, we have treasurers and finance committees be responsible for financial administration, and we have other appointed and elected officials acting in a managerial capacity.
