The Masonic Service Association (MSA), formed in 1919, services Grand and Constiuent Lodges on a national scale. The primary goals of the MSA are disaster relief, education and information, and services. One of the many benefits it provides is a monthly publication called "The Short Talk Bulletin". Here you will find a growing collection of the Short Talk Bulletin for your education. If you wish to know more about the MSA, its website can be found at www.msana.com
